Gentle first adjustment
If you are a good fit for care, your first gentle, low-force adjustment often happens the same day. Most people are surprised by how little they feel.
What to bring
- A photo ID and your insurance card, if you plan to use insurance.
- Any recent imaging or reports (X-rays, MRI) related to your issue, if you have them.
- A list of any medications or past injuries worth mentioning.
- Comfortable clothing you can move in easily.
- Completed New Patient Paperwork
